Stella McCartney for Target

Finally took some photos of the Stella McCartney for Target II collection range.
I'm very impressed with the quality.
The blue sequined dress is beautiful and it has sequins on both front and back.
Went to 5 different stores to find the pearl jacket.
Lace and silk are very delicate fabrics, but great combinations.

Vi'em Cafe Authentic Vietnamese Restaurant on Urbanspoon

If you like authentic Vietnamese food other than just Pho (raw beef noodle soup), this is the place to be.
We've been here many times and always want to come back.
I had the grilled pork chop on rice. It's nice but I prefer broken rice. I guess it's getting less popular in restaurants nowadays.
Darling had the seafood noodles. It's fantastic! Large portion, crispy noodles and freshly cooked ingredients.
We oredered the prawn spring rolls which were average.
Still a cheap eat I recommended in Richmond.

on me: dejcuba floral print blouse, dejcuba pants, chanel sunglasses, camellia bracelt and 2.55 reissue, yves saint laurent cage sandles, mimco and target silver necklaces

I wished I got a better photo of the Target's silver ball necklace which I picked up a few weeks ago when I went there to check out the Stella McCartney range. It's Dries Van Noten inspired I guess and it's super cute. For only $14.95, I got a real bargain.  Sometimes a good bargain is more excited than any expensive purchases. I will post more bargain finds in the future.

Stella McCartney for Target 2010

The Second Collection of Stella McCartney for Target Australia
source: target, vogue

I went to the first Stella Martcarntey collection for Target in 2007 in Chadstone the first day when they were available and that was one of the craziest things I've ever seen! So many people there and the store was full of women in their underears and tried things on in the public eye. So brave! I was so shocked when a woman ripped off a jacket from my hands and claimed that she got it first. I only wore the dresses, they are beautiful and I still wear them sometimes. Others like suits are still brand new with tags stored in garment bags. That's probably the first or ever I spent that much money on clothes in Target. I believed that's the best sell of designers for Target in Australia. With all the designers, I love the pieces from Yeojin Bae and I keep them all including dresses and shoes.

The 1st Collection 2007

It's been a month since the second Stella collection hitted the floor and there are still lots of pieces left on the shelves. Maybe it's too mature? too formal? or too expensive? Anyway, I didn't realised they were available until I saw a lady with a Stella for Target print paper bag. Luckily I got what I want. Smaller sizes are always harder to find. I have to say this collection is much better quality compare to the last one. I bought a few pieces; a jacket, a skirt, a tee, a dress and three lace shirts. I'll post photos shortly. Any of you got anything you like?

Buckled Up

on me: stella mccartney for target sequin tee and pants, portman lace jacket,
chloe for opening ceremony buckle boots, balenciaga tote, marc baby doll earrings, anna sui nail polish 471

The sequin tee is beautiful and the detail is stunning. Bought one at original price for $79 when it first in store and two months later I was lucky enough to grabbed another one on sale for $29. The skinny pants I worn from the same collection was from the last chance sale for $29. For under $60 bucks, I'm quite happy with my outfit. What do you think? The buckle wedge shoes were from Opening Ceremony last year, they are super comfy. I heart wedge shoes!
